Apartment Reviews for The Apartment At Briarwoods - Owings Mills

I normally don't write reviews, but I just moved down in the Baltimore area, so I know how hard it is to tell what is a good place and what is a bad place. Here is my short review: <P>
The price is a little higher than some places, but you are in a safe neighborhood (which can be tricky to find). I have not had a problem with the staff since I got here (except for paying a late bill which I was late on. Keep in mind, they always have specials, but when you pay late, you not only get a $50 late fee, but you also waive the special, so you end up paying about $150-200 for being late). Upkeep is quick and the staff is very nice. The area apartment grounds including the office is very nice and clean. Plus, right across the street is a minimall, so you have the convenience, not to mention the Owings Mills Mall about 2 blocks away. <P>
Parking is pretty good too. If you get home late, you have to park about an extra 30 feet away, which isn't a big deal. I have nothing to complain about since I got here. For those that rate this place bad (which threw me off), keep in mind most people who give ratings don't like places. The bad thing I heard about this place is that pets do their business in the wrong place that is set aside. So, if you don't mind pet doo about 20 feet away from where they are supposed to in grass you won't come close to, you will like this place. <P>
