NASTY, DIRTY, DISGUSTING

First of all they changed the name every 6 months as well as the office staff. We started off with mice taking over the unit WE got rid of them ourselves NOW its the roaches taking over. You let the rental office know that you need MAINTENANCE to come out and repair things in your unit FORGET once you in the unit you will get nothing but letters harrassing you to pay your rent if you are late. The only thing that is good is the fact there is ample enough parking. If you looking to move in this dump of an apartment complex think again. Your children get harrassed they sell drugs outside in front of your children. The parking lot is Indiana Raceway. I beg save your energy and money DO NOT MOVE INTO THE PROJECTS. This is what it feels like because you get NO NOT NONE Service.

i hate that place so much.
i totally agree with you.....i had the same problem when i moved in...no ac...my carpet had lumps in it...like it was water damage up underneath.....dey had the nerve to come fix it socalled fix it when nobody was home......now i have a hole underneath my carpet..not to mention the window had a crack in it since i moved her bak in 8/2010...which is my son room...the heat is terrible...it only gets warm in one bedroom...not in any other parts of the apartment......suppoose to have renovated apartment....nothing is new in here....and still nobody have been here to fix anything.....but they do put them notices for your rent on the door...or have the nerve to come wit the sheriff to evicted you...after u paid your rent.....i witness alot of tenants go into the rental office complaining about eviction letters they recieve after paying they rent
