I have lived here for over a year and I haven't had any issues. If I have a problem I just call the office and everything gets taken care of. I even tell my friends to come rent here becuase the prices are decent and they have washers & dryers in all the apartments. I know that if things continue I will do another year.

I lived here for 7 months and broke my lease could not take it anymore, we caught so many mice, I started to charge them rent..The office staff is wonderful and maintain is wonderful as well, but the mice problem is out of control, if you have kids think twice...

Thank God for the new Assistant Manager in the Rental Office. She was able to fix my problems after one phone call. I think her name is Keri. I told her my maintenance issues and someone came over right away. I wasn't going to renew my lease but, she changed my mind. They should have her manage the complex.
