Apartment Reviews for Marley Run Apartments
I like living here

I like living at Marley Run. Because the rent is high, a more affluent group of people live here who don’t party, take care of their apartments and don’t bother each other. Our rent is $1050 a month for a one bedroom, steep but worth it. The noise level is limited, I often forget there are people living above, below, and to the right of me. Everyone seems to have a dog (we do, too) and you get to know your neighbors by meeting them while walking the canines. The fitness center is wonderful, generally I am the only person working out in there which is great! I feel so safe at Marley Run, I often work out late at night, without any fears of crime. The pool is very nice and well maintained. My husband and I love the office center because we don’t have a printer so when we need to print something we just zip over and get it quickly. Our dog loves the dog park, it’s the reason we chose this apartment complex. Our apartment came with a "free" (no monthly charge) fireplace which we cannot wait to try out this winter. We got our first month free after we told the leasing agent we would go with Marley Run.The staff is very professional and courteous, they greet us by name. The buildings are well kept and I was surprised to learn they were over 20 years old, it certainly doesn’t look like it. Our only (tiny) complaint is that there is only one trash dumpster and it is about half a mile away, but I wouldn’t want to live near a dumpster, so I guess it really isn’t much of a complaint.
