Apartment Review for Excalibur At Avalon

There is an ejector pump for the first floor apartments, it broke and they do not have a back up pump. The toilets, shower and bathtubs overflowed into the entire apartment. The company they hired to clean up did a horrible job; damaging furniture, cutting and seaming carpet, wood should have been replaced that was not. EPA would not be happy. We lost bath rugs, towels, $100.00's in items, plus broken furniture.
We found extensive mold, which they bleached along with the carpet in 2 rooms.
Heat and air conditionag are weird - 1 room is 70 and another below 50 in the winter. In the summer it is just hot!!
Management will fix minor problems, but are difficult to deal with.
