i've ben living here for over 4 years and the place isn't that bad. i know some people have mice problems but we live near the rent office so we have not been affected.

the rent office staff has their good and bad days. they can be nice when they want to be but other times they can just be evil and rude.

when putting in a maintenance note, they do not always come right away but they will eventually show up. Parking is terrible by the rent office because when people have parties in the clubhouse, they take all of our parking which leaves nowhere for actual residents to park. It would be easier if there was assigned parking for the residents and a designated area for the "party people" to park.

we do have a slight stink bug problem where we asked them to come and exterminate. we don't see the stink bugs anymore but i believe they are still in the walls because sometimes when you look up at the light bulbs you will see dead stink bugs.

besides the nasty critters living in our walls the place is ok. but i would only recommend living here if you live by the rent office.
