Review for Parkview Gardens Apartments

I moved here 3 months ago, I was in a bad situation. I didnt think things could get worst BUT, I was wrong.

Security is never around, kids and grown up alike loiter, vandalize, and trash the place. When security is on duty, they are busy harassing tenants about nothing. They are lazy and are never visible.

Ghetto....clothes hanging all on the balconies, Broken down cars occupying the already NON existent parking spaces.

Common areas and parking lots are always littered with trash, housekeeping just moves dirt from place to place.

If you like tons of roaches in your kitchen, call this place home. I ve tried everything. Im super clean. The roaches must be SUPER roaches from another planet.

Dumpster are always full with trash all about.

Kids LOTS of Kids, playing in the street unsupervised. They wont move out of the street when you are driving.

Shady neighbors always watching you from their balconies and cat calling.

NO AIR CONDITION, the units dont accomodate the rooms. They work......barely. When its 80 degrees or more they completely give out. You feel like it 100 or more degrees.

I found out the hard way....NO HEAT. Its on some boiler room system. YOU CANT CONTROL IT YOURSELF. Just great, cant wait till winter.........

and, dont try calling the rental office. Once they sucker you into a lease with bs amenties like indoor pool, "Security" gate community (gate never closes) and broke down fitness room......they ignore you.

Wash machines alway broke, and located in a very scary basement.

The one with the "natural" hairdo (read nappy head) was so nasty to me when I went to pay my rent. The rest of them are eastern european, they act like zombies......no personality........ no help.........no response.

I have called about the lack of air in my unit more then 10 times, unresponsive. The property manager is always on "vacation" when I call.

This is the shitiest place, Ive ever lived dont let the cheap rent seduce you......Im bresaking my lease at whatever cost.
