Apartment Reviews for Pavilion Apartments - Rockville

I rent a one bedroom unit on the 13th floor of this building. We have a gorgeous view of the outside, and are on the west end and so get a lovely sunset at night. The space is nicely laid out from the family room to dining room area. The bathroom has a door separating the sink area and the tub/shower and toilet. There is an additional door from the sink area to the hallway. There is lots of closet space, with some built in linen shelves in one of the hall closets. The bedroom also has two closets. We have had some pest problems in the kitchen unfortunately. But, that is easily fixed, as long as it is reported to the management.
