Review for Eagles Walk At White Marsh Apartments

I rent a classic (non-renovated) eagles walk apt. If you want to live here then definitely get one that's renovated. It will be about $100 more. All of the walls and ceilings are lumpy and bumpy. The kitchen counter looks gross. Aside from that the apartments have a rodent problem. I was told that there were absolutely no mice before I moved in, and for a few months that was true. But, the mice were in abundance about four months after I moved in. And, these mice don't leave after the weather warms up! I kept my apartment clean, but that won't matter if there are hidden mouse holes everywhere. I requested the apartment's extermination service many times. If anyone bothered to show up I would find that two paper glue traps were left sitting on my table. I could tell that nothing else had been done. There is also a problem with maintenance here. I would constantly make requests to get mouse holes filled, and to get things fixed, but it takes about two weeks for them to come out. The staff at the leasing office would always sound surprised when I called to complain that no maintenance staff handled my request, but there surprise never meant that an immediate action would take place. Also, some of the neighbors are very noisy, and are even violent! I hate it here! Don't rent here.
