Love it!!!! ( over a year ago )

I love this place and the only thing that ruined it was ignorant people like you that walk around with their nose in the air thinking they know everything but know nothing. It s a shame they have nothing better to do than try spoiling it for future residents. I have referred people and received a large sum credited to my rent. I do believe that they highly encourage us to pick our neighbors. I m in a biracial relationship and it just blows my mind that it is 2011 and we still deal with ignorant people.
I believe, as many do, that a lot of people say outlandish ---- because they re anonymous and can get away with it (Also known as the Internet FU*kwad Theory.) They have the ability to be a complete --- because, well, no one can stop them. The allure of no consequences is a powerful thing and people will always be d*cks when they think no one can prove they re being racist ------ bags.
If me and my hubby weren t getting stationed somewhere else I would be staying here until we bought a house. I can honestly say out of all the apartments we have lived at this is by far the best. It s the first thing that has happened in the three years we have lived here and I m sure the last. Crime doesn t have an address. And if you don t believe crime is happing everywhere than keep you dumb --- in your home and go crazy cause you are half way there by the sounds of it. Here s fact s for you:
The FBI reported 9,306,587 arrests for everything more serious than traffic offenses nationwide in 2009. Of those arrested, 69.5 percent were white and 28.1 percent black.
The FBI reports do shed some interesting light on who is getting arrested. Murder arrests were almost evenly divided between black and white, with 4,561 white people arrested for murder or non-negligent manslaughter and 4,585 black people arrested for those crimes.
In every category of violent crime except robbery, black people were arrested disproportionately more than their share of the population, but still in far fewer numbers than white people. For robbery, 53.8 percent of those arrested are black and 44.5 percent are white.
All together, there were 260,983 arrests of whites in 2008 for violent crimes which include murder, rape, robbery and aggravated assault and 163,192 arrests of ------. For the property crimes of burglary, theft, auto theft and arson, there were 738,080 arrests of whites and 350,879 arrests of ------.
For drug offenses, believed by many to a particular source of racial disparity in the justice system, of just over one million arrests, 64.2 percent were white and 34.5 percent black.

The 2000 Census shows that about 75.1 percent of the more than 281 million residents of the U.S. are white and about 12.3 percent are black, so black people in 2001 were arrested at more than twice their proportion of the population.

Cambridge Courts is again a great place to live so please don t let these foolish people sway your opinion. Maintenace helps with anything I ask weather it be groceries maint repairs. The office staff is professional whenever I talk to them. It s obvious these people on here are miserable and it wouldn t matter if the lived in a mansion or apartment home they would find something to be biotche s about. Dude get a life!!!! You sound like a big --- momma s boy and maybe you should move back to get the life style you want .

Well when we first moved in it was great!!! after being there for 5 months our vehicle was stolen! it was recovered 2 months later in another state stripped. so no real security features besides the "onsite OFF-DUTY cops that live there" no help what so ever. Then we move out after our lease and get a bill from the apartment stating we owe them a lot of money. We argued with them for about a month and a half and miraculously they come back and say oh you really dont owe us that much money, you only owe about 1/5 of that amount. They are charging us fees for carpet and sub floor damage??? Just a heads up the place looks wonderful from the outside and the apartment was nice. but you dont get a lot of the things you should for the price. no security and the office staff isnt always up to par. no one there ever has the same story about things.

My roommate and I originally put our deposit down, thinking we would get a one-month free special. However, a month later when it was time to move in and sign the lease, that special no longer applied. We were forced to pay much more. We also pay $25 a month for trash removal- the dumpsters are only 25 feet from my building!! And this is not an optional ammenity! EVERYONE has to pay! The inside of our apt is very nice and we have really enjoyed using the pool and fitness center. However, the biggest problem is the awful NOISE! I can hear complete conversations outside on the third floor from the first floor in my bedroom. I can hear every step of EVERYONE who goes up and down the stairs outside. I can hear everyone's door open and close. I guess I drew the short straw having the bedroom on the outside wall...
