Review for Lenox Park Management Office Apartments

The office staff is completely clueless and will tell you anything to get rid of you. The maintance staff is worse than the office staff. The noise level in the front of the building meets all requirements for unhealthy noise levels. It's right across the street from the train tracks and a 24 hours strip mall where car alarms are constantly going off. At least 5 times a day emergency sirens go by at full alarm so loud that you can't talk on the phone or hear the TV. The hot water and A/C only works about 60% of the time in one third of the building. And, this is advertised as a "Luxury Building"!
