Apartment Review for The Enclave

Save yourself! While the units are larger than most in the area and the rent is respectable the other issues are horrible. I have been here for a year and have endured the following: bugs, bugs, bugs: broken applicances and no assistance from management: relocation due to renovations, notice that my rent had not been paid when it had - the books are not accurate and tend to cause for eviction notices that are not warnated. Like I said if you can deal with bugs, broken appliances, water that is shut off monthly, renovations in the building (it looks like a construction site), no pool, scary elevators and NO security than The Enclave is for you!! <P>
