Apartment Review for The Enclave

Living conditions have declined to the point where the building is worst than a slum. The management staff is totally unresponsive. Safety has become a major concern. Management has notified residents ,in writing, that they "connot insure nor are they responsible for individual safety". The accounting department consistantly makes errors in posting rental payment checks. <P>
