Review for Ashton Heights Apartments

I have been at tenant at Ashton Heights for a little under two years!!! In my time there, I was truly digusted with the level of service. The stairwells streak of urine. No matter what you do, roaches are immuned. The size of the apartments are large, but the headaches outweigh the roominess. Both my boyfriend and my car has been vandalized once. His car has been broken into three times!!!! Ashton Heights advertise a secure building, but the security is mediocre at best. They spend more time in the tenant's units then patrolling the building. The building is now under new management. They have quickly begun to attack the outside of the building. New pavements, gates, landscaping and paint. From the outside one would think the building was classy; NOT!!!! Can you say ghetto?! They are many low-income people who resides in this buildign. Unfortunately, many do not put too much care in their dwelling. Trash everywhere! There have been many robberies and assaults in this building. I will not recommend this building to a dog; let alone a person. You can do much better.
