Apartment Review for Ashford At Henson Creek

This is the worst apartment community I have ever lived on. We moved in in February 2010. It is now October, and the things we put on the move in list have still not been fixed. In May it started to get hot and we kept asking them to turn on the heat but had to complain constantly for 2 months to get it on. We have a serious bug problem. We have been asked to be put on the list for a month and a half but still no one has been here to exterminate. We have gone into the office to complain and were treating very unprofessionally. One of the managers even began to curse at me and got in my face "telling me she was tired of me coming in the office complaining." Those were not the extent of her words though. We even tried to reach out to the management company "Core Realty Holdings" and got hung up on 3 times. I cannot begin to explain our frustrations. The building is in poor quality. The walls are very thin. Our neighbors downstairs play their music extra loud and it comes through the floors. We can hear the person next door to us if she coughs. In the past couple of months the police have swarmed the property on several occasions. One of those occasions they brought dogs and helicopters. There are a lot of young people on the property all the time hanging out. We live in the back of the property and often times there are no lights on so it is very dark and unsafe. I would suggest that NO ONE comes into this community. It is a nightmare...
