Apartment Reviews for Chestnut Hill Apartments - Temple Hills

What people first need to know before moving here, is that, if you are moving from another state (DC or VA for example)you must change your license plates to MD in order to park in the apartment parking lot! We weren't told this until we signed the lease. Changing license plates an be very expensive (as it was for us). If you do not change your license plate you must park on the street.
We had to park our car on the street and the police towed our car because someone had stolen our temp tags. Once we got our MD tags we were able to park in the parking lot and someone broke into our car (broke the window).We ended up finding out that our neighbor also had his car broken into as well.
The leasing office CLAIMS there is security here, but I have yet to see them.
The good thing about this place is that its rather easy to get out the lease here.
