Review for Allen Ginsberg- Donalan Group Realty Apartments

I leased an apartment from Allen Ginsberg. When I was supposed to leave the apartment, Allen Ginsberg told me to pay the 300$ move out fee instead of him and promised to return it to me later (my lease says nothing about me being responsible for any move in or move out fee). In the end he only gave me back 150$ claimimng that I left some damage in the apartment, even though this damage was already there when I moved in to the apartment. This was not the first time that Allen Ginsberg lied to me, so do yourself a favor and stay away from this liar.
