This apartment building is managed by a bunch of jokers who don't give a crap about this building. First, there is absolutely no sound proofing, so I can hear my upstairs neighbors conversations. Second, there are roaches. Everywhere. I find them in the kitchen, bathroom, living room. Disgusting. Third, they keep shutting off the water to "fix a problem" Well, the problem is that they don't ever fix the actual source of the problem, they just put band-aids over the leaks and call it good for a week. Then the next week you have they have to shut off the water again to fix another problem. Fourth, one of the dryers has been broken for 5 months. At least. No one has been by to fix it. Fifth, there is no maintenance done on the elevator, which often does not work. This building is awful. I would never want anyone else to live here. Terrible.
