Review for Edgewater Hills Apartments

The beautiful landscaping and maintenance are a great cover up for what Jefferson Hills is hiding. Formerly Edgewater Hills, Jefferson Hills promises all the amenities convenient for that person with an urban lifestyle.
What I've found living there for a year.
Amenities are mediocre at best.
Maintenance priorities are to keep the exterior looking nice so Sucker new tenants.
Safetly is minimal, no surviellance cameras and smashed door windows or dry wall are common.
Weekly Trash back up- leaving tenants unable to properly dispose of small items.
Parking restrictions inconsistent.
Fire alarms at least three times a week, if not twice a day.
Price of apartments change almost daily.
They rip you off.
I am currently paying 1085 for 500 sq.ft. and my new lease terms have been Raised.
This does not include utilities.
DO NOT MOVE HERE.. there are MUCH BETTER OPTIONS
