I have lived here for a few years. Management seems to be upgrading the property on the exterior as well as the interior. New staff hiring has done wonders. The schools are great and the people are nice. They have gotten rid of some of the trouble making residents over the past couple of years which has also caused for a nicer community. After seeing some of the negative reviews, we wanted to defend our home! We love it here.

Convenient living. Across the street you will find a great grocery store, dry cleaning, Hallmark, hair stylist, bank & great Chinese. 1/10th of a mile you will find gas station, Pier 1, Trader Joes, Staples, Ann Taylor Loft, Talbots, banking, Automotive, etc...Right off of Rt. 2A and 15 minutes to Hanscom AFB.

Positives: quick response time from management. Good job with landscaping & overall maintenance.
Negatives: parking lot is a playground--kids are often running around--reversing & parking is like dodge ball. Apartments not well-ventilated--we have 4 air conditioners to maintain 75 degrees on the 3rd floor!!
Neutral: laundry is available, but only one wash can run at a time even though there are two machines. Kitchen and bath need to be updated.
