Apartment Review for Samia Companies

I'm only here because it's cheap and I've put in enough shelving to make the small closet space ok. Basically, they have no control of their tenants, most sublet to MANY people in the 1 bedroom apts, management is completely useless, they don't shovel by where they rent you parking spaces, maintenance is very nice but not good at all (painted over peeling paint for ex), no control of heat so it's 1000 degrees in the winter, ONE BREAKER for apt--no toaster oven & micro--plenty of hot water and good pressure, hardwood floors look great. It's cheap, that's why I'm here. <P>
