Apartment Reviews for Brattle Realty Trust - Arlington

The apartment itself is clean and roomy. The maintenance staff do a great job and snow removal is really good. The one main issue you'll have is parking. Brattle Realty states they DO NOT issue more than one (1) parking sticker per unit and if you move a car in off the street THEY TOW. No overnight parking is allowed in the town of Arlington on the streets. So if you have a sex life you are out of luck. When looking at the apartment I was told by their representative, whom Brattle Realty management claims NOT to have been there representative, overnight parking on the street was allowed. The parking ban, as it turns out, has existed for years. So first they deceived me and second they do not know the legal conept of a representative. If someone shows, advertises, provides paperwork etc with the approval of the relator and they give him the keys to show the unit then then that person is representing them and they should own up to the error. This deception is the one main issue that leads me to say I would no live if not for the lease. I've already started keeping an eye out for new places.
