Apartment Review for Jefferson At Bellingham

I would not recommend anyone live here. I lived here 3 years and of course rent went up every year our one bedroom was going to go up to 1270 so we left. They don't care if people stay living there. All they care about is money. I paid $50 a month to have my dog there plus a non refundable $250 deposit. When we moved out recently I cleaned the apartment a little bit but there was some stains on the rugs since they choose the worst color rugs to keep them clean. I just recieved a bill from them saying we owe them $85 for carpet damage and we will not be getting our $250 deposit back. I feel I paid enough money here for them to forget about it so I tried to call the regional manager and she was no help either. You would think $85 would be nothing to them since they charge so much for the apartments and they would just let it go so that I would not be writing this bad review right now and telling everyone I know to never live there. Almost everyone I know who has lived here has had problems with the staff and would not recommend anyone to live at Jefferson either.
