Apartment Review for Jefferson At Bellingham

This apt community claims to have 5 star service but yet the management team can't find their way out of a paper bag. Although it is pet friendly nothing is done to curb the dog owners from leaving their pet's droppings in the most inappropriate places. The gym does not have free weights. Snow removal service is poor. There is only 1 trash compactor that services the entire complex of 5 buildings (It is located at bldg 3). Service requests are handled poorly and you can expect to have to follow up repeatedly to get anything fixed in a timely manner. They have a written policy of handling all repairs within 48 hours or compensating you a day's rent for each additional day that the repair is not completed, but there are tons of loopholes. <P>
