I've only been here a short while, but what I can say is that the walls and ceiliing are paper THIN, overall its a nice place with pretty cool, I'm gonna miss it when I don't have it, concierge trash removal, and the maintenance is fast , (same day)
so in summary
PROS: Roomy apartments, balcony and modern stuff
CONS: Paper thin walls let you hear EVERYTHING! every step, **** and loud tv

If you have roaches then try cleaning your apt, what you need is a broom, dustpan, some 409 cleaner, and a vacume.
The dumpsters are on top of the hill feel free to empty your trash there any time.
To avoid the roaches you will need to keep your apt clean at all times, check for leaky pipes under your sink also. and empty your trash.
About hearing your neibors.. You live in an apt complex! what do you expect! work on your credit or get a better job (if you do not work ) and go buy your own place!
I live there and I know it has its cons but I get responces from maintance when I call. for an apt complex it is fairly quite. and compaired to the rent in and aroung Beverly it is decent.
