The walls are paper thin, the floors creek so bad it sounds like you have elephants on the second floor, the flooring is crap and squeeks when you walk on it, forget having any sex life, the neighbors can hear everything, we can even hear the people next door talking while we have the tv on, roof leaks, way overpriced! and if you don't renew a full year- your rent goes up to 1900/month from 1600, the parking spaces are too narrow and your car gets dinged daily, our car is ruined. DON'T RENT HERE!!!!
