The Lofts at Atlantic Wharf have been recommended by many residents that have taken the time to write a review on the building. They said the apartments were beautiful and in the perfect location in Boston. The complex is dog friendly, safe, and although it may be difficult to find parking, public transportation is always available. The South Station subway is not far from the building and can take you directly to China Town. At the Waterfront, restaurants include Harpoon Brewery, Flour Bakery & Café, and Drink. 70 Northampton Lofts are near Fenway Park, making for a perfect day at the ballgame. Close to that is Neptune Oyster or Samuel Adam Brewery for some drinks after the game. Nearby is Boston Medical Center, I-93, the Museum of Fine Arts, and of course the T, which will take you anywhere you want to go. Longwood Apartments are near Children’s Hospital Boston, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Museum of Fine Arts, and of course, Fenway Park. So residents should have no trouble finding some form of entertainment. In the evenings after attending a party of a baseball game, the Clover Food Truck is always driving around and has great food for a decent price. According to reviews from past residents, the building is old, but beautiful and well-kept, and is in a perfect location, especially for those working at the nearby hospital. In previous reviews of Church Park, residents praised the location and management. Some reviewers believe that the apartments would improve with some updates, but still mention the fantastic neighborhood. A few nearby conveniences are Whole Foods behind the building, a shopping mall down the street, and Symphony Hall next to the complex. Fenway Park is about a 7 minute drive from the property, ideal for baseball fans. There several malls in the area including Fresh Pond Mall and Atrium Mall. Residents at the Reservoir Towers apartments are pleased with the new management and staff. The building has a pleasant view, but reviews note rent has been on the rise every year. The apartments are near the town of Brighton and are very close to Boston College. The T is next to the complex and runs in every direction out of Brighton. The Kensington apartments are right in the heart of the Theatre District in Boston. The building is very close to Boston Common Park, located between Downtown and Chinatown. The T is always a reliable and easily accessible form of public transport. For groceries, tenants can shop at the South End Formaggio, and for a night out with friends or a special someone there is a wonderful French restaurant called L’Espalier.
