Three refurbished buildings stand together and provide choice of studio to 2 bedroom apartments. The buildings are directly across from the Fenway Victory community gardens. 50 West Broadway is located in South Boston, just across the Channel from Downtown. The premises is directly across from a Red Line T stop, so tenants have easy access to the rest of the city. 50 West is very close to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center for special events, and residents may enjoy the Harpoon Brewery on the waterfront. Renters have not been outspoken about their experiences with 50 West, however, with its proximity to transportation and location in rapidly improving South Boston, tenants will likely find a good balance of affordability and perks. Tenants could not ask for a more central location; Fenway Condos has great access to public transportation, but residents can easily walk to a variety of locations, such as the shopping and restaurants of Back Bay, or even just across the Fens to a Red Sox came. The location is also very near Massachusetts Avenue, and renters can cross the bridge over into Cambridge and visit MIT or Harvard.
