Awsome Apartment, Horrible Landlord

Rented: From 2004 To 2004

Landlord doesn't like undergraduate students, along with young people in general. Doesn't like to fix things, and when things actually get fixed, complains about the bill. Raised our rent $400/mo after our 6mo lease to resign for 1yr lease. Awsome apartment, duplex, very nice, bad landlord. Would pass up if I knew about landlord first.
