Awesome apartment maintained in excellent condition. Good quality people living in the building. Landlord tries not to rent to undergrads so no building trashing parties. Great place to live for professionals and grads.

Previous tenants trashed the place. Landlord cleaned and put the place back together before move in. Great price for this unbelievable place.
