Don't ever rent from these people. I had an agent named David Lambiaso and he totally took advantage of my roommate and I. He told us things about our apartment (that it would be cleaned, all the cabinets, kitchen problems, rodent problems and whatnot would be taken care of) just so we would rent from him. He made empty promises and lied to us. Nothing was cleaned, nothing was fixed and my roommate and I ended up getting bed bugs. we were never refunded for any of the cleaning supplies we bought to disinfect the place and Dave is still trying to swindle people and get them to rent crappy apartments that are way under health code violations. NEVER rent from Boston Union Realty or David Lambiaso

Just the opposite experience from this poster writer, agent David was treating me quite well and he helped me find my dream apartment with really reasonable price. He knows which apt would fit my need and showed me all the really fantastic apts they have. I really like David as an agent and appreciate that he went through all the nice apts i need with me. I will definately rent from him or introduce my friends who need apts to him becuase he is a trust-worthy agent.
