If you value a relatively quite environment, honest management, timely response to issues, etc. DO NOT rent here.


In fact, I would recommend that you do not rent anything that Equity Management owns. Initially one is fooled by their seemingly professional routine. However, nothing can be further from the truth. We wish we never rented with them.
