I've lived at 1 Emerson Place for almost 7 years and every year have had to haggle with management to keep the rent reasonable. Equity is very greedy for money and ruthless - even if you're a good tenant, pay your rent on time, quiet, etc. it doesn't matter - expect the rent to go up $250 or more every year!
