Apartment Reviews for Colonnade Residences - Boston

This is a fabulous building to live in if you want a primo location, have a dog, money is no object, and are looking to rent. Even better, if you don't care about how the staff treats residents or having lackluster security. As a "full service" building, there are many things which are supposed to be standard such as extra attention to detail, good security, and general respect. What I have found in this building is that the front desk staff seem imposed upon by requests for assistance, the evening staff has been caught sleeping, and anyone who looks like they know where they're going can get right past security. No building is perfect, but for the $$, no way is this worth it.
