Review for Copley Group Apartments

I lived for 2 years at a Copley building on Queensberry Street in Fenway. The neighborhood is fun and close to everything. However, my experience with Copley Management was infuriating at best. While the maintenance staff responded quickly to requests, they did a shoddy job every time. Our stove broke twice. Both times, they came to fix it and left the gas on for ~8 hours while I was at work. This meant coming home to an apartment that needed to be aired out in the dead of winter. We also had problems with a leaky ceiling in the bathrooms from the apartment above. After multiple complaints, they finally came and "fixed" the problem by merely painting over it. It wasn't until the ceiling literally caved in that they did any real work. And this work did not include fixing the leaky pipes or bath from above, but only re-spackling the ceiling for a short term fix. Every time these people entered our apartment they caused damage, such as clogging the toilet with paper towels they used to paint. Complaints regarding these issues are handles with disdain and disrepect. I will not bother to even go any further than mentioning that the receptionist in the main office is the one of the more ignorant people I've ever had the misfortune to run across.

Long story short: I would definitely recommend the neighborhood, but would never recommend a Copley building.
