Over priced!!
Non-Negotiable management and owner!! Good Maintenance but not worth the $200-$500 surcharge!!! Other places are definitely cheaper and sufficient.... Chiswick Building Co

Great place for young professionals!
We have absolutely loved living at the Reservoir Condominiums! The building is very professionally maintained, hallways cleaned often, washers/dryers.... Reservoir Manor Condominuim
