Apartment Review for Sovereign Apt

I recently moved out of 1440 Beacon St. My experiences there were extremely varied. At first, it was a nightmare!! The manager, Lee Torrey, is probably the most difficult person I have ever had to deal with... mostly because he simply was very unprofessional and not very rational. The onsite staff always seemed to be great, even though they worked in what seem to be very difficult conditions. One of the concierge staff, Cynthia, was phenomenal! Knew just about every person by name, interested in the tenants, friendly... but apparently tried to hard. Lee's role has apparently changed and it seems things are going to be much better. It's a great location. It's an older building and you can't control your temp on your own. If I didn't have to deal with the manager, I would probably still live there.
