Unusually great landlord-There's no upside to complimenting a landlord since they're not going to lower your rent, however I have to admit that The Mount Vernon Company is pretty unusual. This is the cleanest place I've ever seen for an apartment building and they are actually friendly and easy to discuss things with. I am definitely staying put!
