Nice place, fairly new, little noise from neighbors above or adjacent relative to many complexes. You WILL want to pay the extra $50/month for the parking garage; there is often no legal parking left after 9pm unless you want to walk 1/6 mile from the lots near buildings 5 and 6 in the Kimball Court complex - which is NOT the same as Kimball Towers. Newspapers and packages delivered to the building disappear frequently.
