Apartment Reviews for Arboretum Apartments - Canton

I too am surprised at the other reviews. I have been in this apt complex for about 9 months. I just love it. Very sound walls, don't hear neighbors, property is kept clean. They are always doing some type of upkeep. All my friends and visitors just think my apt is great. Great setup. One down fall is not elevators but I got used to the stairs. I recommend this place all the time to co workers and friends. <P>

I have lived here for about a year now and have never been more happy with an apartment community and its staff. <P>
My apartment was perfect upon my move in, everything was fresh and clean. The community was well kept, the landscaping was beautiful. I met some of my neighbors as I was moving in and everyone seemed to be very friendly and all had great things to say. <P>
I have had some maintenance needs along the way and all have been address immediately. They have a great maintenance staff! One of the programs that this company has is a maintenance service promise that is all for the resident. <P>
The parking here is great I never have to worry about having to find a space or that a space is too far from my building and apartment. <P>
The management staff is so helpful and really make you feel welcome. They always greet you by your name and make you feel like more than just a resident that pays rent each month. <P>
Before renting here I read all of the comments posted and really had to think about if this was a place that I could live at. I was in desperate need of an apartment and they had something available for the time I needed, it was suppose to be a short term rental so I gave it a try. I ended up renewing my lease and do not have any plans in moving. <P>
That said, I thought I should post my own comment because if I had listened to all the negative information on here I never would have rented. I would and have recommeded this property to anyone in search of a great apartment. <P>

I am really surprised with the other reviews posted here. I have been a resident at the Arboretum for the past three years, and I have always been treated with the upmost respect and professionalism by both management and the maintenance staff. Maintenance has always taken care of my service requests right away, and if there ever was an issue the property manager always follows up to ensure that we know when it will be resolved. As far as snow removal, the past few winters have been exceptionally difficult with the amount of snowfall we have had. However I do recall seeing both the property Manager, maintenance staff , as well as the property's regional manager out during a Sunday afternoon storm assisting myself and fellow tenants with digging out our cars. I absolutely love my apartment. It has a great view of the wetlands behind our property, yes there is an occassional bug or two, but that is not this property alone. Canton itself is one of the hot spots for insects, and is sprayed via helicopter yearly by the town or state. <P>
I have recommended several friends to my community who are also very happy here. <P>
