Apartment Review for Canton Estates

STAY AWAY from 32 Neponset Stret in Canton....the place is horrible....The property manager is so UNKNOWLEDGEABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL it is embarassing to their community. They don't answer complaints because they are TOO BUSY....I see the manager carting her young kids around town - maybe she should focus on her job and she will be able to answer paying tenants complaints. Imagine if they had more than 2 complexes to take care of. I wonder who owns it and if they know what she does during her days.....

I was referred by a friend a couple of years ago....they said the office was very nice....WAS I guess until this new person took over.

They need NEW MANAGEMENT and put more focus on tenants complaints versus "TOO BUSY"!!!!!!!
