Apartment Review for Canton Estates

Do not rent from here....I highly recommend going up the street to Waterfall Hills. I lived here for 10 years...loved it at one time. New management took over and it is horrible. They do not respond to complaints and they are VERY DEFENSIVE when they do -what happened to the customer is always right.

The property manager is absolutely USELESS...that's right....useless....The only business she does is get in your business. Neighbors had the cops to their home and she told a family with a child who repeated it - who knows why they were there - could have been a medical emergency. There is NO PRIVACY there whatsoever......

Again, its worth it to pay extra for your personal privacy....again, renting from her is like going back in high school....I lived there 10 years and could not wait to get out.....the turnover rate is so high since she took over.

The other property managers were GREAT!
