Review for Jefferson At Dedham Station Apartments

Too expensive for what you get.
Pool table area is only open during lease office hours... forget about using it if you work.
Pray nothing happens in your apartment... they will fix it ... someday (usually 2 to 3 days later).
GARBAGE!!! You need to walk 100 meters outside to throw away your garbage. There is no place to throw the garbage inside. For what I am paying they should come to my apartment to take the garbage away from my place.
I can't wait to end my lease and get away.

When I was given a tour before leasing my apartment, I was told the hours of the great room where the pool table is located. I was also aware of how much my rent was before signing my lease, and knew it didn't include personal garbage pick-up service at my doorstep. You shouldn't have signed a lease or moved in if you didn't like the price or where the dumpsters were located. You made that choice.
