Rented: From 2007 To 2008

The good reviews must have been given by the management itself. Too noisy .. too much construction work around. Management are not at all helpful.

I don't think anyone can help the fact there is construction going on. It's bothersome at times, but not the management's fault. I am so tired of hearing everyone bitch about every little thing around here. Every time I walk out of the building to go to work lately, the plow company is or isn't do this, the hallway is cold - CLOSE THE DOOR BEHIND YOU WHEN THE WIND IS BLOWING, the gate is closed - TALK TO THE TOWN OF DEDHAM - they are the one's that close it.
