Review for Jefferson At Dedham Station Apartments

I agree with the last person on almost everything. People do put the blame on the management when they should be blaming themselves. The kids are uncontrolled by their parents, which isn't management's fault, and I think they should be evicted or fined for their actions. People throw ridiculous things in the dumpsters, instead of the garbage bags it is meant for. I do agree the property is in the condition it is in because of the tenants, not the office. There is no excuse for writing or carving on the walls. I love the new management staff. Debra is gone, which is a good thing. Leigh took her place and Brandon moved up to Leigh's position. I think they are just a great team. Leigh just had a baby and Brandon is doing his job and her's so I think things are going really smooth considering. If things keep going as they are, I'll renew - and I'll expect a rent increase, because that's what happens in the real world. My only complaint is the dog poop, and that's the lazy owner's fault that they refuse to take 10 seconds to bend over and pick it up. People do get mad when they don't get their way and spread lies on here...

Are you kidding me... for 2k a month you should not have to deal with these problems

I have been happy since moving in. I think this is a nice community. Once the new ultra high end shopping complex, Legacy Place, is complete and open, this will be an even hotter place to live! I am looking forward to living here for many more years, especially with all the luxury amenities.
