Review for Jefferson At Dedham Station Apartments

I have moved into the Dedham Projects (Jefferson at Dedham Station)The management have a I.Q of 2. The Management is so busy pushing notices under your door for water, missing housing assistant payments and trash they forget to mention the crime that is in around the complex.Seeing tenants that lived in the complex on T.V for killing/cooking an innocent soul in a cememt plant and two nights after this police was here for domestic violence/drugs and nothing was told to tenants how/what safety measures you should used in case of an emergency (911 - your best call) Management is claiming to do Cori checks i guess certain folks do not have to adhere to rules. Talking about rules if you are good with the management team you can stay in the pool after hours and have pets and no one cares.Most of the time you call the after service it's not even on and management have gone to their houses and leave us here to manage however. This property is for DOGS they have more dog S?????? that clean paths to walked. There is not activities for kids and God forbid if the kids walk through the Great Room then the parents get notices about keeping your kids inside your unit. Please management take some training and act like a property manager/director or are you waiting for the manager who has a hair across his a------ to leave. Not soon enough go back to TEXAS.
