Apartment Review for The Estates

Been here for several years. Previous management was outstanding. Never had a complaint and used to consider this home. The new management couldn't care less and are going up in rents unreasonably. Apartments were considered expensive before the "huge" rent hikes. Apartments are tired, countertops, flooring, etc., are cheap. The exterior is very nice to look at and grounds are well kept for the most part but don't get trapped by the exterior appearance or the "family" atmosphere the management protrays. If desperate for an apartment, keep your eyes open because there is going to be a mass exodus out of here.
