Apartment Review for River Pointe At Den Rock Park

Stay away from River Pointe at Den Rock!! They are really nice apartments, but they tenants are mostly college students that have huge parties and make a huge mess of the facilities and grounds! Also your car insurance will double, and you will get tons and tons of damage to your car, from parking spaces that are fitted for a moped! Also, after your fufill the terms of your lease, you get hit with loads and loads of hidden fees! Fees that are never, ever disclosed at time of lease signing, but if you don't pay them...you don't get your security deposit back! Horrible and illegal activity! It's a horrible, unsafe and just plain bad place to live!
