Apartment Reviews for River Pointe At Den Rock Park - Lawrence

I am a current resident.
I just moved in a little while ago and had a few personal start up problems. I read the other reviw on this page and I have to say that most of these complaints would happen at all apartment buildings. You always have the horrible neighbor somewhere if so many people crowd together. I don't think the company can be blamed for that.
I lived in Andover during the big storms - pricey beautiful Andover - and we were also cut off from transportation. So no one to blame here either.
I had a very minor window issue which was dealt with fast and time and cutrously ( they wouldn't even take a tip!).
I rent a garage and even in the bog snow storm I have not noticed anyone having parking troubles. The snow clean up has been great - the tried hard to keep up with the shoveling.
As for the trash so far Christmas and New Years were just fine... I mean if people decide to throw away all their furniture of course the dumpster will be full. No one wants to pay more rent for more frequent trash removal but they expect it to be perfect. I have thought it to be okay so far.
Aimee in the office has been VERY helpful and great - getting me everything fast and on time. Maybe they are understaffed but they are working hard from what I can tell.
The place is clean and I feel very safe. I would recommend to live here.
