Apartment Reviews for Kirmelewicz - Medway

I rented from the Kirmelewicz family in the past. I can't think of enough nice things to say about them. They kept my rent reasonably cheap, never gave me any hassles. They are a nice family and excellent landlords. I believe this person may be a lying because maybe they are people who did not take care of the apt. Did they even ask for the apt to be painted prior to moving in? Did they ask to do a walk through with the landlord prior to moving out? I do not know but I can say that I would highly recommend these people as landlords. I'm currently searching and wish they had an apt available at this time!! <P>

I was shocked at a review I read about the basement. I think that person had a problem. My boyfriend and I have lived in another apartment in the building and have had no problems at all with the landlord. When we left last year, and left the apartment the way we found it , clean we got back our full security. We had a good experiencenNot a bad one! <P>
